    Wot me, an idiot – no fear. I’m not good with formal diets normally but I like being on a programme. I need to be clear when I’m on it or off it. Black and white – character defect and an asset. In fact I found most people do well having a clear boundary between healthy behaviour and unhealthy and I found a good regime for me called Weight Loss For Idiots and so far so good, I have lost a little over 1stone in 4 weeks or so. I like the programme but I am also leaving out wheat, sugar of course and Potatoes all of which are greedy bastard foods for me – you can’t eat greedy bastard foods if you want to lose weight. Why not try out Weight Loss for Idiots, it works for this old idiot.
